Rastriya Beema Sansthan is having it annual general meeting of fiscal year 2058/59 and 2059/60 on 9th June 2009 (2066 Jestha 26). RBS has decided to propose 25% cash dividend and 25% bonus share for the F/Y 2059/60. Meanwhile, it has announced its book closure from 25th May 2009 (2066 Jestha 11) till the next notice gets published.
RBS was established as a private company on 16th December, 1967 and later on converted to corporation under the Rastriya Beema Sansthan Act 2025 on 15th December, 1968.
